Resume and Contact Information
SearchJobsQuick’s site may ask users to give SearchJobsQuick personal contact and demographic information (e.g. your name and email address). You agree that SearchJobsQuick may, as part of its services to you, communicate with you, or start communication with you on behalf of a 3rd party, through your SearchJobsQuick account or through other methods that are made available through your contact information such as email, phone, or U.S. postal mail. Your personal information gets placed on the SearchJobsQuick website when you upload or edit a resume SearchJobsQuick may also use your contact information to (i) send you job postings; (ii) create a user account; and (iii) send you information about SearchJobsQuick and promotional material from some of SearchJobsQuick 's affiliate partners. SearchJobsQuick may use demographic and your profile information to customize your experience on SearchJobsQuick’s site, show you content that SearchJobsQuick believes you may be interested in, and display data according to your preferences. To the extent you upload a resume or change it, and subject to your Privacy Settings, SearchJobsQuick may make the resume and other personal information that you place on your resume available to 3rd parties who may be interested in you as an employee , search engines, or to the general public by uploading your personal information on the internet. This may be displayed through, search engines when someone searches for your name. This means that 3rd parties can view the personal information that’s in your resume and you may receive unsolicited contact from other parties unaffiliated with SearchJobsQuick and for whom SearchJobsQuick has no responsibility. SearchJobsQuick reserves the right to charge 3rd parties a fee for accessing your information as part of SearchJobsQuick’s services. You may opt-out of this option by changing your Privacy Settings; although, SearchJobsQuick doesn’t monitor how often 3rd-party search engines will update their caches, which may contain old public resume information.
This Site has security measures including SSL Certificate(s) in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control.
SearchJobsQuick offers any user the choice to utilize the SearchJobsQuick website. If you create a resume on, upload your resume to or apply to a job through or otherwise use the SearchJobsQuick website, you are authorizing to the use of any personal information you have uploaded to SearchJobsQuick as set forth herein and in the Terms of Service.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including without limitation subpoenas), to protect our property and rights or the property and rights of a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal or unethical. We will also share your information to the extent necessary to comply with ICANN's rules, regulations and policies.
Third Party Service Providers
We may at times provide information about you to third parties to provide various services on our behalf, such as processing credit card payments, serving advertisements, conducting contests or surveys, performing analyses of our products or customer demographics, and customer relationship management. What Happens to my Personal Information if I Terminate my SearchJobsQuick Account?
When your SearchJobsQuick account is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in "deactivated" status on our relevant SearchJobsQuick databases. However, deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information if necessary in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
